Policies
Accountability is key.
- ALL sales are final.
- ALL sessions are paid in advance or per payment plans.
- ALL members must use sessions within 30 days. There is no "rollover" into the next month. Schedule sessions around vacations, work related obligations, or any other outside events. This also includes days cancelled due to weather. Workouts are now priority in your life. You are putting yourself and health first.
- ALL "no shows" without a proper 24-HOUR cancellation before the start of the session will count as a completed workout and there will be no make-ups. This includes oversleeping.
- ALL Clients that arrive 15 minutes later than the scheduled session without notification are unable to make up or reschedule.
- No time slots will be reserved unless payment is received. (i.e. vacation, medical, or business) - If you wish to cancel your membership, it must be done via email 30 calendar days in advance via EMAIL.
-MEMBERS CAN BE DROPPED FROM ANY PROGRAM DUE TO LACK OF CONSISTENCY OR DAMAGE OF PROPERTY. THIS INCLUDES "NO SHOWS", SHOWING UP LATE TO SESSIONS, NOT TAKING DIET OR WORKOUTS SERIOUSLY.
